  • Out of Bounds: Global warming may be forcing birds to move. Angela Grant does a tremendous job of finding and pointing to good newspaper video that we can all learn from. So it’s only fair that someone return the favour and point to recent work she’s highlighting at her website. There are a couple of solid videos there: high-quality, well shot and edited.   • Declaring War on Errors. Another book for the bookshelf, this one from Craig Silverman of the essential website, Regret the Error.
  • The Mobile Journalism Toolkit contents. Reuters has posted some photos of the mojo kit they’re been outfitting reporters with.
  • Back to basics. Juan Antonio Giner has launched another series of highly entertaining and graphically striking and simple posts spelling out his wishes for what newspapers should be.     Thank you Mark! That was a long-term project that I’d been working on since August or so.

    There’s another one I’ve worked on since June that I really hope will publish soon.

    It’s time for me to take on another long-term project now!
