Some light reading to start the week:

  • Is ‘convergence’ the next media disaster? An interesting take on the convergence of forms of media and delivery. A tad overwrought and simplistic, but the concerns raised are real. Via Gangrey.com.
  • Serendipitotally. David Weinberger tries to put another stake into the heart of the meme that you lose serendipity when you take to the ‘web, a myth I used to buy into until I actually started paying attention.
  • Missouri j-school commencement speech. Adrian Holovaty challenges j-school grads to go forth and help reinvent media. A nice overview of the need, and some of the possibilities.
