Christopher Allbritton, a former AP and New York Daily News reporter, is on his way back to Iraq to, in the words of onlinejournalism.com, “continue his efforts as the first ‘reader-funded journalist blogger.’”
It’s not traditional journalism: no balance, some opinion, no overarching narrative. But it makes for a good read. The posts are short and they show what you can do by working the edges of the “big story.”
