The people on the ground where the News is happening will upload the News themselves to Twitter. Essentially cutting out the News companies.

I hear about News on Twitter days before I see it on TV and in Newspapers.

What you see on TV and read in a Newspaper isn't even News anyway, it is what the media is told to communicate to the viewers by the Government and the establishments of the world.

Twitter will become the most used source of News and information transfer in the world, watch and see!

But, Adrian, how do you expect the news to get to Twitter? It's got to start somewhere.

Longterm, news companies as we currently know them, will be gone forever. Twitter is a better source of news than anything else in my opinion.
