I’m not sure which of these two makes me cringe more: the CJR piece that argues only “real” journalists have the DNA that makes them capable of digging up dirt on politicians, or the Globe & Mail headline writer who labelled the breaking of the news of the Jolie-Pitt babies as “the scoop of the century.” There is wisdom on the net, but not in either of these two instances.
