I’ve tried to be fairly conscientious about sourcing stuff on this blog, linking to my source for either squibs or longer posts whenever possible. Partly it’s to make sure that credit is given where due, partly it’s to allow those interested to dig deeper into the conversation.
But I’m finding it harder and harder to keep track. I’m finding stuff through websites, RSS feeds, Twitter, emails and other “technologies.” There really is a river of information that I’m wading into every day. The problem is that by the time I get to all those open browser windows, and bookmarked sites, I sometimes lose track of who originally captured my attention and sent me there.
So this post is not so much an explanation, but an apology to all those bloggers, journalists, tweeters, emailers and others that I may have not properly credited, and may not properly credit in the future. I’m trying, but it gets harder and harder the faster the current flows.
