  • Update 2: The BBC’s Fifteen Web Principles. Fifteen principles behind the BBC’s Web 2.0 initiatives. A nice, sensible checklist for any web developer,particularly those working in media.
  • Quest for maps. Ron Sylvester has a nice post about getting to Google maps, which includes a bunch of oh-so-handy links.
  • Web 2.0 Backpack: Web Apps for Students. A comprehensive list of online tools students (and others) can use for for writing, note-taking, mind-mapping, researching and other tasks. If I get some time over the next little while, I may try to pull together something similar for journalists.
  • The Gray Lady Gets “YouTubed!” Newspapers continue to give away their content, in this case, code for embedding their video clips. Beet-TV has the details.
