Because late is better than never:

  • Kicking against overabundance. Lloyd Shepherd has an excellent post that pushes back against the idea that the internet is too “messy” for easy use, and sees one possible role for big media in its future.
  • The value of scoops vs. collaboration. Jeff Jarvis with a great post on the value of the scoop in the new media age. This is one of those fairly rare occasions when I agree totally with what he’s written.
  • Media Project Launches This Week. Paid Content reports on a new site that appears bookmark worthy: Mark Glaser, late of the OJR, starting a guide to the digital media revolution with blog, audio, video and more. Goes live next week.
