I need to get this off my chest: why won’t those who are trying to sell me something tell me what it will cost? I’m tired of going to product web sites and having to drill down three or four pages, or having to click the “buy” button, to find out what a piece of software is going to cost me. Take a hint from the real world, folks, and put price tags on things up front so I can make a quick decision. After all, I’m more likely to buy if I’m not annoyed.
