Please, please, please…if you’re running a blog or news web site and you link to anything other than another HTML page (such as a PDF, audio file, etc.) tell me. When I click a link, I expect the link to take me to another page, not to download a file, launch an application, etc. It seems simple enough to add some bracketed information, such as: (links to PDF).
